Solution to Health Care Woes?

Lots of news coming out on health care reform this week (again). After hearing it was a done deal (again), Harry Reid is sounding more reserved (again) about it's chances for passage before the year ends. The WSJ calls it "the worst bill ever,"
"Epic new spending and taxes, pricier insurance, rationed care, dishonest accounting: The Pelosi bill has it all."
