Preschool Advice

I am starting to think early about where I want to send Ella to preschool. She will not start next fall because she won't be 3 until November 16th of 2010.
Please comment below to help me out.

1. Where do you take your kid(s) to preschool?
2. Would you recommend it?
3. What is the cost per week?
4. What are the days/hours?
5. Do you have any other preschool recommendations?
6. Any advice on how to search for a preschool to best fit your child?

Noah went to Discovery World, used to have a waiting list, might still, Noah was on it when he was 18 months old, would have taken Maddie there too if we would have been moved to Ankeny, she was enrolled but since Noah is in preschool on the south-side there was no sense in driving to Ankeny again. We loved it! Great teachers, great rooms, and cost is $95/month right now. It was $80 when Noah went. Meet T/Th mornings from 9-11:30. None other in Ankeny that we have heard of.Siblings have first chance if there is a child already in preschool. So Jackson would be able to get right in. I found Maddie's preschool by searching the web for church preschools. I knew I wanted her in a church preschool so they still prayed and were open about celebrating Christmas and such. She goes to Wakonda Christian Church Preschool on Fleur right down the road from Jefferson Elementary and so far we are very pleased with that one too! Cost is $105/month so I would save that much a month in gas compared to Discovery World!
