Later that night, Todd made me a delicious dinner. He made striped pangasius with a lemon butter sauce for me and peanut-crusted ahi tuna for himself. As you can see, we both enjoyed a nice square of rice, too. He is the next Morimoto.
He also made me a virgin margarita in the glass my friend (Kelly) gave me on my birthday last year.

OH YEAAA!!!! I was wondering if you ever got the chance to drink out of that glass. It looks like you had a wonderful birthday... wish I could have been there for this one too. I miss you so much!
