I gave the duck a shot last night.

Ducks are a fatty bird.
Makes sense ... always floating around on the water.

Menu:
- Mixed spring green salad
- Crispy Roast Duckling with a port wine glaze
- Jicama, julienned and sauteed
- Snap Peas
- Twice-baked sweet potato
- Apple Harvest bread
- Blush wine and chocolate milk
